How do I register?

It's simple.  Just call us at (423) 344-1414 or send us an e-mail .  We don't have a set schedule of classes.  We arrange training to be delivered when and where you want it.

What about prerequisites?

Some courses build upon skills developed in earlier sessions. Most intermediate and advanced level classes have pre-requisites. To ensure that the class you want to take is right for you, call our office or view the web site for a course outline. We'll help you decide if you have the right experience for the course, and if not, how to get it.

When can I get training?

We specialize in desktop training - your time, your way - when and where you want it.   Refreshments are provided.  We specialize in evening and weekend sessions to minimize disruption of your work day.

What if I have questions after training?

To further reinforce your learning experience, all sessions include a detailed course manual for reference and review, plus FREE after-class support through our instructor-access line. Simply call (423) 344-1414 between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, or e-mail anytime

Do you offer a guarantee of quality?

Yes. At NextWave Training we are confident that you'll have a satisfying learning experience. However, if for any reason you need to repeat training, you can do so at no charge within 3 months of the original training.

Do you have volume discounts?

May blocks of training be purchased?

Blocks of training may be purchased at a discounted price. Block training may be used over a period of a year with block management handled by our staff for you. Please contact a sales representative .

When is payment due?

We accept various types of payment including Major Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), checks, Company Purchase Orders and cash. Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due prior to or at time of service.

What if I need custom training?

Private or custom training can be scheduled for you or your group at our location or  yours.  Private classes can also be customized to meet your specific training goals. Call a sales representative at (423) 344 - 1414 or e-mail us .

What if I have a special situation or need?

At NextWave Training, we gladly accommodate the special needs of our customers, physical or otherwise. At the time of registration, just let us know of any special needs you might have. Requests should be made within 5 business days prior to the start of your training.
